Double Shut-Off Coupler (DS Series) is designed specifically for vacuum use and refrigerant gas charging of air conditioning and refrigeration production lines. Shut-off valves are incorporated into the socket and plug alike, and these seal to provide an ultra-high vacuum of 1.3 microns even in disconnection.
DS Series Coupler are compatible with a wide range of packing materials that are compatible with refrigerants like R134a, R-22, R-407, and R-410, the Check Our Model Series is leak-free and effective in operation. Double O-ring design delivers improved air-tightness, and simple push-and-pull action delivers rapid, secure connection and separation — without refrigerant loss and maximized workflow.

- This coupler series is designed for refrigerant gas charging and vacuum applications in air conditioning and refrigeration production lines. Both the socket and plug feature automatic shutoff valves, capable of maintaining a vacuum of 1.3 x 10 € atm (1.3 microns) even when separated. It is compatible with MCG, HCG, and CG series couplers. A variety of packing materials are available to handle different refrigerants, including R134a, R-22, R-407, and R-410. The double O-ring design ensures excellent air tightness and vacuum resistance upon connection.
Working
- The DS series is ideal for refrigerant charging and vacuum operations. It works on a simple push- and-pull mechanism: inserting the plug into the socket activates a self-locking feature, creating a secure, leak-proof connection.
- This simultaneously opens the valve and begins fluid flow. To disconnect, pulling back the sleeve on the socket separates the plug and automatically shuts off the valves, preventing leaks.
