Gas Charging & Recovery Gun is high-volume specialized equipment for high-demand lines of air conditioner production lines. It provides easy and safe connection and disconnection at high pressure through simple lever operation. It comes with an automatic shut-off valve having long-term double O-ring seal with no fluid or gas leakage during usage.
Specially designed for residual pressure, vacuum, and refrigerant gas charging, the gun delivers up to 50 kgf/cm² pressures. Simple to design and easy to operate quickly, it increases productivity in high-volume, high-pressure applications.
Product Features
- This series is mainly used in high production lines of air conditioners.
- Can be connected & disconnected easily under high pressure just by a lever operation.
- Comes with an inbuilt automatic shut off valve which prevents the fluid/gas from flowing out of the hose when the plug is separated.
- Can be used for refrigerant gas charging, vacuuming & discharging of any residual pressure left.
- Comes equipped with a double o ring packing inside the socket.
- It can be used in high pressure applications of as high as 50 kgf/cm'.
Working
- This series is mainly used in high production lines of air conditioners to save cycle time & improve productivity.
- The operator is very simple & easy.
- In the line the socket lever is pushed backward & plug is inserted then the latch is raised vertically to 90° which results in the opening of valve & flow of fluids.
- To separate the gun from the plug, the latch is again bought in horizontal position & the socket lever is again pushed which results in the disconnection of plug & also closes the valve.
