COLLET COUPLER (LCC SERIES)
Collet Coupler (LCC Series) is ideal for vacuum charging and gas charging, and helium leak testing for leak-free, secure connections. It is utilized on straight, expanded, short, and swaged tubes in a double-locking mechanism by securing the tube’s outer diameter through a collet and an O-ring.
It is rugged enough to stand high-pressure situations without distorting the copper tube and affecting the seal life. With low level motion for high-speed locking and little maintenance requirement, LCC Series is a heavy-duty, long-life solution for demanding industrial environments.

Working
- These couplers operate using a collet mechanism. During the process, the tube is inserted into the coupler, and the lever is pushed to a horizontal position, locking the outer diameter of the tube securely. To remove the tube, the lever is simply returned to its vertical position, releasing the seal and allowing for easy disconnection.
